Description
Neotech Sax Practice Harness — Saxophone Support System
The Sax Practice Harness™ offers an innovative solution for saxophone players who experience neck and shoulder fatigue during long practice sessions. Its torso strap is worn at the base of the rib cage and fastens with a quick disconnect buckle, giving the player full air flow and freedom of movement.
Key Features
- Torso strap with quick disconnect buckle
- Memory foam shoulder pads
- Customizable aluminum supports that bend to shoulder shape
- Single-pull length adjustment from either side
- Swivel hook slides side to side for instrument positioning
- Compatible with the Neotech Neo Hook Systems (sold separately)
- Made in the USA
Highlights
Unlike a traditional neck strap, this harness distributes the instrument's weight across the torso instead of the cervical spine. The aluminum shoulder supports bend to match each player's body, while the quick disconnect buckle allows a fast, precise, and repeatable fit without limiting movement.
Who is it for?
This harness is best suited for saxophonists who practice for extended periods and feel neck or shoulder strain with a standard strap, as well as tenor and baritone sax players looking for a more stable, mobile support system.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Sax Practice Harness adjustable?

Where is the Sax Practice Harness made?
The Neotech Sax Practice Harness is made in the USA.
