Do you have a music school?

Do you sell vinyl, cd or tape cassette?
Unfortunately not, we only sell music instruments.

Do you offer free shipping?
All sales over 200$ and under 45 lbs have free shipping. See the expedition page for more information.
When should I expect my online order?
Normally, 1 to 4 days depending on your city. For more information, call us at 1-866-350-9218.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, you can! At the checkout, you can choose between shipping and store pickup. We are going to call you as soon as we have your order.
Do you set-up instruments before shipping them?
Our instruments are inspected and ajusted by our luthier and our team. We make sure that each product and instrument are in a perfect condition before shipping them.
Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refund, only exchange and store credit. We only accept exchange/credit with valid receipt. Restock fees of 25% may apply. Please refer to our page on returns.
Do you do rentals?
Yes! Please call us with the equiment and instrument information that you require.

Do you do repairs on instrument?
